We sell new products unless otherwise stated on the product page, and remain the customer’s point of contact after delivery. Here are the key warranty terms and how we handle support and commercial requests.

In brief: for consumers, the statutory warranty on new goods lasts two years from delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, PuntoSpettacoli Store is the contact point.

Statutory warranty for consumers

Consumer customers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. PuntoSpettacoli Store is liable for lack of conformity existing on delivery and becoming apparent within two years after delivery.

Where a product is not in conformity, the consumer is first entitled to have conformity restored by repair or replacement, free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. In the cases provided by law, the consumer may request a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract.

A suitable proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation, is sufficient to request support. Any commercial manufacturer warranty is additional to, and does not replace or limit, the statutory warranty.

What is and is not covered

The statutory warranty covers original lack of conformity: the product must match its description, have the normally expected quality and performance, and be supplied with the expected accessories and instructions.

It does not cover problems caused after delivery by misuse, installation or maintenance contrary to the instructions, impacts or liquids, weather events, unsuitable electrical supply, unauthorised modifications or normal wear, where the problem is actually attributable to those circumstances.

Consumable parts such as strings, batteries, lamps and materials subject to natural depletion are not covered for normal wear; any original lack of conformity remains covered.

Professional purchases

Purchases made in the course of a business or professional activity are governed by the Italian Civil Code provisions on sale, including Articles 1490 et seq., as well as any specific written terms agreed. The Consumer Code statutory warranty is reserved for consumer purchases.

How to request support

Write to info@merilin.it, stating the order number, product and a description of the problem.
Where useful, attach photos or a short video and the product serial number.
Wait for instructions before sending the item: we will explain the assessment, collection or service-centre procedure.

An RMA number, if assigned, helps identify and speed up the case but does not limit statutory rights. For damaged packaging, missing parcels or visible delivery anomalies, also see Payment and delivery.

Why choose PuntoSpettacoli

Transparent products and conditions

Available information, price and payment methods are shown before order confirmation. If a feature or compatibility point is unclear, contact us before purchase.

Support after the sale

We do not simply refer customers to the manufacturer: we collect the report, check the issue and manage the case under the applicable warranty, involving the service centre where needed.

Competitive prices and focused purchasing

We mainly operate online and plan procurement with our suppliers. This allows us to offer competitive conditions without promising absolute availability or savings: the effective price and availability are those stated on the website and confirmed in the order.

Professional supplies and stock opportunities

Businesses, professionals and operators may request quantity quotations. When available, we may also offer products or stock with damaged packaging under clearly stated conditions. Write to info@merilin.it with the items, quantities and timing required.
