GHOST MK2 10G opticalCON multi/single-mode network platform - AGORA AGO-GMK2.XM.XS

Agora AGO-GMK2.XM.XS is a GHOST MK2 configuration with 2 × 10 Gbit transmission ports using DUAL opticalCON multi-mode optical fibre on the front panel and 2 × 10 Gbit transmission ports using DUAL opticalCON single-mode optical fibre on the rear panel. This 1U 19” rack-format Gigabit platform is intended for multiplexing, transporting and monitoring Ethernet AV networks. It provides a multi-service platform for creating and managing complex networks without specific IT technology skills.

GHOST MK2 integrates a layer 2 programmable switch motherboard, an interface and control board positioned close to the front panel, and a 120 - 230 VAC 50/60 Hz power supply. The free Agora Controller software, developed for touring and live applications, can instantly manage all networked Agora devices from a single PC running Windows 7 - 11/64 bit, Linux or Mac OS 10.15 and later.

The platform provides 14 assignable 10/100/1000 Mbps etherCON ports, 2 opticalCON or Smartbeam ports at 1000 - 10,000 Mbps for GHOST linking on the front panel and another 2 on the rear panel. It can manage 250 groups simultaneously; OpticalCON QUAD is available on the rear panel as an option. Single Mode and Multi Mode versions are available, together with an 8-character LCD display for each etherCON, St/Tf LEDs for each port, a coloured ID LED for each port, and bus, ring, star and hybrid network topologies. Applications include live events and concerts, live broadcasts, PA, touring radiotelevision projects, installations in stadiums, sports facilities, museums, theme parks, entertainment venues, theatres, music and performance venues, boardrooms and corporate buildings, radio and television studios, OB Vans, data centres and multimedia broadcasting.
