The AL‑MH650A is a DLP laser projector from the M Pro Series designed to deliver bright images, rich colors, and stable, predictable performance over time. It maintains the same robustness and reliability as the AL‑MK650A, but offers Full HD resolution, designed for applications where 4K is not essential.
ALPD 5.0 technology, with a red component greater than 12%, ensures natural and deep color rendering, while the 1920 × 1080 (Full HD) resolution and 6500 lumens of brightness at the center ensure a bright, well-defined image. The AL‑MH650A offers superior visual quality compared to many laser projectors in the same category, thanks to the combination of ALPD, high contrast, and advanced color management. This makes it ideal for immersive or multi-screen installations where Full HD resolution is sufficient and uniformity, reliability, and lower costs are a priority.
The M Pro Series is designed for professional scenarios that require visual fidelity, color consistency, and operational continuity: the combination of ALPD, high red ratio, and superior uniformity delivers realistic and immersive images, even in multi-projector configurations.
MEMC processing and AI PQ further enhance smooth motion reproduction by dynamically optimizing image quality. Multi-screen color uniformity eliminates color discrepancies between multiple projectors, ensuring the visual consistency essential for panoramic installations and immersive content.
The AL-MH650A is designed to simplify installers' work with the APOS operating system and APCS control platform, which enable centralized local and remote management, ensuring seamless operation. Integrated geometric corrections, including multi-point and curved surface corrections, easily adapt to irregular surfaces, significantly expanding application possibilities without the need for external hardware.
The availability of four optional lenses, from short to long throw, offers greater installation flexibility than is typically available in this category, where models are often limited to fixed lenses or separate variants for each throw. Appotronics designs and manufactures all lenses in-house, achieving superior optical performance and a more favorable price point than its competitors. This allows distributors and system integrators to freely select the lens best suited to their specific application, optimizing costs and configurations and avoiding the purchase of pre-assembled models with non-interchangeable lenses.
Regarding robustness, the AL-MH650A uses a patented cooling system that optimally manages the temperature of the color wheel and engine, ensuring operational stability and a long lifespan. The IP5X-certified optical engine protects against dust and allows for virtually maintenance-free operation, while the laser source offers an estimated lifespan of 20,000 hours.
These features make the AL-MH650A a reliable, versatile solution suitable for professional installations requiring image quality, operational continuity, and simplified management, with the advantage of a lower cost than the 4K version.
