AVOLITES Diamond 7 D7-330 is a creative lighting console in the Diamond range, positioned immediately below Diamond 9 in Avolites’ product hierarchy for visual designers. It adopts many of the series’ technical and design solutions and provides 30 faders together with three 14” touch displays. The flexible, highly functional control surface enables lighting designers to create, programme and operate lighting setups directly and efficiently. Button caps and fader caps, encoder knobs and wheels, and the level wheel are all made specifically for this console.

The surface features three 14” capacitive main touch screens rated at 850 nits and 1920 × 1200 pixels, with adjustable brightness, plus one 4.3” capacitive touch screen rated at 850 nits and 800 × 480 pixels for macros and workspace, also with adjustable brightness. It includes 30 touch-sensitive motorised faders with fader caps, dual motorised touch-sensitive master cue-list faders with nine control buttons, an RGB fader indicator, 30 ultra-high-resolution touch-sensitive playback encoders with push function, and an RGB encoder indicator. The 120 dedicated buttons provide positive tactile feedback for precise and intuitive lighting control. Each playback section has independent paging.

Additional controls include 10 backlit Macro / Executor keys, 10 soft Macro buttons with legends on the Macro screen, fully RGB-backlit programming buttons with short-travel Cherry MX Low Profile switches, five custom RGB-backlit optical attribute encoders, a dedicated level wheel with on-screen level indication, and a fully custom backlit QWERTY keyboard housed in the drawer. An additional external touchscreen can be connected through DisplayPort at 1920 × 1080 pixels.

The entire structure is made from aluminium to reduce weight. The clamshell LCD panel design reduces transport size, while its locking mechanism and screen-panel articulation can be adjusted in 6° steps from –90 to 155° from vertical. All screens are flush mounted and an arm rest is provided. Diamond 7 D7-330 supports animation-based generative pixel mapping, Quicksketch labelling for extensive customisation, multi-user networking with any other Titan console, and advanced Cue Lists supporting macros, tracking, autoloads, Time Code and more. Its DMX capacity is synergy-ready and can be expanded with Titan Net processors to increase DMX channel capacity. The console requires the related case, code 09-01-7330, to be purchased separately.
