The Diamond D9-330 is Avolites’ flagship lighting console, designed to offer the greatest control capability and largest operating surface in the D9 series. Developed using over forty years of experience designing professional show control systems, the D9-330 introduces a completely revamped interface, advanced ergonomics, and advanced multimedia integration for the coordinated management of all visual elements of the show.
This console uses touch-sensitive Penny & Giles motorized faders, high-resolution optical rotary faders, and short-travel flash buttons with positive haptics for perfect timing. You can define the colors of the Fader and Encoder level meters to make grouping even easier and quickly recognize controls when it matters. Each fader incorporates an 11-segment RGB level meter that follows the color of the playback halo - especially useful on rotary faders when swapping pages. And more… additional macro buttons with a dedicated screen, right in the playback section, flash buttons under the faders, perfectly aligned labelling, page banks for every section.
For super smooth transitions a T-bar is used, offering finer control with even smoother manual fades. Paired with the unique Scene Master feature, it offers maximum creativity. With its non-contact design, the fader remains as precise as ever, even after years of use. The Scene Master function is complemented by a double-wide Commit button and four further control buttons, as well as a dedicated LCD screen for continuous status data. With 2 motorized faders, 8 control buttons and a Go button, theatrical cue list performance is at your fingertips.
A key feature of this console, which makes it unique, is the presence of a 1 GB LC Quad opticalCON fiber port for connection to the Titan switch (network switch with fiber port) and thus creating a completely fiber optic system. Avolites is currently the only brand offering this type of technology for a lighting console.
Programming surface
Born from 40 years of lighting control experience, designed with an eye to the future, the D9's programming surface features: 3 × 4.3" preview touchscreens, ideal for media, making the main screens remain uncluttered for maximum information density, 5 attribute wheels with optical encoders and RGB LED indicators, plus a vertical level wheel, put more parameters than ever before at your fingertips, ergonomically designed controls, a T-bar and 72 illuminated programming keys, hand-selected, RGB-illuminated Cherry MX Low Profile keys provide optimal tactile response with low fatigue for programming sessions. All are integrated with proprietary Titan Avolite software.
The console is shipped in a wooden crate.
