White 3000K IP65 150W COB LED flood light, 15° beam - BRITEQ BEG-B05226

Briteq is a flood light with a 150 W white COB LED source, a stated colour temperature of 3000 K, IP65 protection and a 15° beam. It is designed as an alternative to energy-hungry multi-PAR lamps using halogen or discharge sources. The sturdy die-cast aluminium housing makes it suitable for outdoor use. Light quality is high, with CRI >95, TLCI >97, Rf >94 and Rg 101.8. The 150 W COB is driven at 70% to maintain stable output and a long, reliable lifespan.

Operation can be stand-alone, with the dimmer set manually on the fixture and no controller required, or Master/Slave, where the master controls connected slaves. Two programs with 10 steps each are available, allowing dimmer, strobe, hold time and fade settings. The 3 DMX modes comprise 1 x 8-bit channel, 2 x 16-bit channels and 4 channels for complete control. Remote DMX control covers dimmer speed and curves, fan speed and other parameters.

The LED refresh rate reaches 25 kHz, making the fixture suitable for HD TV recording. RDM supports channel mode, DMX address and temperature monitoring. The OLED display simplifies setup. Mounting points for a small omega bracket make truss installation easier, while the double bracket supports straightforward ground installation. Daisy chaining uses waterproof 5-pin XLR and Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 input and output. The BT-XLR5TO3 COMBIKIT is available to convert the 5-pin IP XLR to 3-pin XLR.

The 3000 K warm white light provides excellent colour rendering, while the high output suits exhibition stands that require strong visual impact even in bright environments. The flood light can be used at indoor and outdoor exhibition stands, galleries and art installations, temporary installations in squares, courtyards and entrances, for backdrop lighting and as accent lighting for scenic elements.
