500W tunable white COB LED engine - BRITEQ BEG-B06058

BRITEQ BEG-B06058 is the BT-PROFILE 500TW/LED ENGINE high-power LED projector, designed for stage and theatre applications. Its 500 W white COB LED module provides an adjustable colour temperature from 2800 to 6000 K, while the heat-pipe cooling system keeps operation extremely quiet. The engine is compatible with ETC Source Four optics and includes a compartment for accessories such as a Gobo holder and an IRIS. The product is supplied as two distinct, separate parts and is the perfect companion for the BT-THEATRE 400TW.

An LCD display simplifies setup. There are 5 operating modes: manual intensity control with several CCT presets, plus 4 DMX modes with 8-bit or 16-bit dimming and CCT control. Dimming curves are linear, square law, inverse square law and S-curve. Specially coated optics create sharp, defined projections, while the system includes four profiled blades with a special coating that minimises reflections.

Several optical units are available: BT-PROFILE250/OPTIC 19DEG with a 19° fixed beam angle, BT-PROFILE250/OPTIC 26DEG with a 26° fixed beam angle, BT-PROFILE250/OPTIC 36DEG with a 36° fixed beam angle, BT-PROFILE250/OPTIC 50DEG with a 50° fixed beam angle, BT-PROFILE160/OPTIC 15-30 with a 15°-30° zoom range and BT-PROFILE160/OPTIC 25-50 with a 25°-50° zoom range. The lockable compartment accepts an optional Gobo holder with an outer Gobo diameter of 86 mm and an optical diameter of 48 mm, or an IRIS with an adjustable aperture from 5 to 74 mm. The engine can replace ETC Source Four optics, and the optical barrel can be rotated and locked in any position.

Adjustable colour temperature makes it possible to achieve the required lighting for any scene or environment. Silent cooling supports operation in settings where low noise is important, and the system works with ETC Source Four optics. The five operating modes, including four DMX modes, and the special optics support the visual quality of illuminated scenes through sharp and precise projections. Listed applications include theatre, live shows, concerts, television and film sets, art galleries, museums and other permanent installations.

Power input is 100-240 V AC at 50/60 Hz and power consumption is 253 W. The unit has an LCD display and an indoor IP rating; modes are stand-alone fixed, manual and DMX, and the protocol is DMX. DMX channel count ranges from 1 to 4. Illuminance is 3885 lux at 5 m and luminous output is 6400 lumens. The source is COB, with a colour-temperature range from 2800 to 6000 K, CRI 95, and white, cold-white and warm-white output. Functions include manual focus, manual zoom, optional IRIS and a 4-blade framing shutter. Inputs and outputs are 3-pin XLR and powerCON or compatible. The colour is black; dimensions of the LED engine without bracket and lens are 31 x 25 x 35 cm, and weight is 5.26 kg.
