The Briteq BT-THEATRE 400TW is a powerful 400 W LED theatre Fresnel fixture with adjustable CCT. Its source combines two separate LEDs, one rated at 200 W and 2800 K and the other at 200 W and 6000 K, producing tunable white from 2800 K to 6000 K. It is suitable for television, theatre, rental, exhibition booths, live events, concerts, shows, trade fairs and exhibitions.

It provides strong photometric performance in relation to price: CRI/Ra above 96, TLCI above 98, CQS above 96, Rf above 94 and Rg above 100 at 3000 K. The beam angle is motorised and DMX-controlled, adjustable from 11° to 56°, with a field angle from 20° to 67°. Stand-alone operation provides manual CCT presets at 2800 K, 3000 K, 3200 K, 4000 K, 4300 K, 5600 K and 6000 K.

A colour-filter frame and eight-leaf barndoor are included. Heavy, expensive dimmer packs are not required. Cooling is handled by a low-noise fan controlled according to temperature. The LCD display makes setup-menu navigation straightforward.

The fixture supports manual or DMX control, with six channel modes and 8-bit or 16-bit dimming. A one-channel DMX mode is also available, using the CCT preset of your choice. Wireless DMX can be added with an optional WTR-DMX DONGLE. Flicker-free TV recordings are supported by an adjustable LED refresh rate from 600 Hz to 4800 Hz.

Manual dimming plus zoom and focus control allow easy alignment on stage and use at exhibition booths. Lamp behaviour can be selected as halogen, with a slow response, or LED, with a fast response. Four dimmer curves are provided: linear, square, inverse square and S-curve.

If DMX fails, the fixture can switch to manual, blackout or freeze mode. RDM functionality enables remote setup and monitoring of DMX addressing, channel mode, temperature and other parameters. A lock function prevents unwanted setting changes. Default factory settings and user settings can be saved and loaded. Three-pin and five-pin DMX IN and OUT, together with powerCON-compatible IN and OUT, simplify daisy-chain connections.
