Briteq BTI-BLINDER1 FX is a compact, versatile and waterproof white LED blinder rated at 70 W, with amber drift and 12 W AURA RGB effects featuring full pixel control. Its light response performs like a halogen blinder. The 12 W AURA RGB effects include 25 pre-programmed 2-layer effects, while the CCT range extends from 1650 to 2700 K.

The robust die-cast aluminium housing provides IP65 outdoor protection. Several mounting solutions are available: optional SPLICE connectors mechanically join multiple units into lines, circles, squares and other configurations; optional CLAMP connectors attach blinder structures directly to the truss; and the optional omega bracket allows the fixture to be suspended from the truss. A pre-programmed amber drift effect is available, together with separate white and amber control.

The 7 DMX modes operate in both 8-bit and 16-bit resolution, with between 1 and 58 channels. The control channel provides remote DMX control of red shift, dimmer speed and curves, pixel order and other parameters. RDM supports channel mode selection, DMX address setting and temperature monitoring. No dedicated controller is required for standalone operation, with easy daisy chaining through PowerCON TRUE1-compatible input and output and waterproof 5-pin XLR input and output.

An OLED display with backlit touch buttons simplifies setup, including in darkness. An optional modification kit is available to change the IP 5-pin XLR connection to 3-pin XLR. The built-in power supply operates at 100 - 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz. The blinder can run in stand-alone mode or under DMX control; the amber drift effect, in addition to RGB, expands the available colour combinations and visual effects. The IP65 housing, SPLICE and CLAMP connectors and RDM support simplify protection, mounting and remote monitoring. Applications include live events, theatres, concert halls, clubs, TV and film productions, outdoor installations and light shows.
