16-channel expandable DMX MIDI controller - JB SYSTEMS BEG-B04624

The compact, simple and fast JB Systems 16-channel DMX/MIDI controller suits different applications: light control in shows, DJs, installations, architectural, and similar work. Up to four machines can be connected together to extend the simultaneously controllable channels up to 64.

Two operating modes: Dimmer mode gives direct intensity control on 16 channels (expandable to 64); Scene mode gives direct access to 16 scenes, each storing a different 16-channel preset. MIDI functionality (via USB port): MIDI OUT lets every fader and button send MIDI to compatible applications (Resolume, Arkaos, DMX-Creator, Daslight, etc.); MIDI IN lets external controllers or software (e.g. Cubase, Reaper) drive all scenes for shows with perfectly synchronized playback of audio and lights.

Channel faders can blend between scenes. Buttons above each fader act as flash buttons at 100% intensity when pressed in Dimmer mode, or as direct ON/OFF control of each associated scene in Scene mode. A blackout function switches off all fixtures with one control. The last setting reloads automatically when the machine is started without any operation required, a useful function for installations with daily use (exhibitions, pubs, shops, etc.). A 4-digit LED display shows exact DMX or MIDI values.
