DMX interface 512 channels PC or standalone - BRITEQ BEG-B05012

The Briteq BEG-B05012 is a 512-channel DMX interface that can run with a computer or independently. It handles up to 6000 steps and 512 scenes: programmes are created on the computer, stored in the interface and later recalled without a computer using the controls on the unit.

The real-time clock can automatically launch different scenes according to the day, week, month or year. There are 80 selectable programmes, accessed through 8 buttons arranged across 10 pages. General dimmer level and programme speed can be adjusted. Master/Slave operation supports up to 32 interfaces linked in series. External triggering is available through 7 contacts, with RS232 triggering also provided.

An integrated DMX splitter supplies 2 outputs, while 16-bit channel management is available in stand-alone operation. The internal 4 MB memory can be expanded through the SD card slot. For stand-alone use, power can be supplied from 9 V to 36 V through DC connectors; an optional 5 V supply is available through the USB connector. The optional external infra-red receiver LD-512Kit-IR can be connected to the unit. Pro DMX synchronises lighting, audio and video timelines for 30 minutes.
