DMX 1024-channel wall-mounted multi-zone interface - BRITEQ BEG-B05017

The Briteq BEG-B05017 is a 1024-channel DMX interface that can be mounted on a wall or any other surface. It works with a computer or in stand-alone mode, with capacity for up to 6000 steps and 512 scenes. The unit is intended for fixed architectural installations, showrooms and shops.

Programmes are created on the computer, saved in the interface and later run without a computer using the control buttons. The real-time clock automatically triggers scenes according to the day, week, month and year. Dedicated trigger buttons provide direct access to scene, page, colour, speed and dimmer. A total of 80 programmes can be selected through 8 buttons and 10 pages.

Multiple-zone control allows 5 different programmes to run at the same time. General dimmer level and programme speed are adjustable. Master/Slave operation links up to 32 interfaces in series; external triggering supports up to 31 contacts, and RS232 triggering is also available. The integrated DMX splitter provides 2 outputs, while stand-alone operation supports 16-bit channel management.

The internal 4 MB memory can be expanded with an SD card. Stand-alone power ranges from 9 to 36 V through DC connectors, with optional 5 V supply via USB. The external infra-red receiver LD-512Kit-IR can be added. A USB cable is included. All connections are located inside the rear panel, leaving no wires visible.
