Active fibre optic HDMI cable 10 m black 4K - CELEXON CEL-1000004841

The CELEXON CEL-1000004841 is a 10 m active HDMI-to-HDMI cable containing an internal converter that changes the electrical source signal into optical pulses. These pulses travel through the fibre to the receiver, where they are changed back into an HDMI electrical signal. Optical transmission is intended for long signal routes and is unaffected by external interference from radio or magnetic fields, providing 100% reliable data transfer. The cable keeps the dimensions of a conventional HDMI lead, becoming larger only around the connectors because the conversion circuitry is built into the plugs.

Finished in black, it supports HDMI 2.0b at 18.2 Gbps, HDCP 2.2 and image resolutions up to 4K-UHD, corresponding to four times Full HD resolution. Operation includes 60 Hz with 8-bit 4:4:4 colour subsampling and a maximum colour depth of 16 bit. Supported formats also include 4K at 60 Hz in 4:2:0 for 8, 10, 12 and 16 bit, 4:2:2 for 12 bit, and 4:4:4 for 8 bit. HFR 3D is supported up to 1080p, together with High Dynamic Range, HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma), the Wide Angle Theatrical 21:9 Video format and CEC commands.

Audio handling extends to 32 channels for a multidimensional, immersive listening experience, with sampling rates up to 1536 kHz. An Audio Return Channel (ARC) is included. The 24k gold-plated HDMI contacts help prevent oxidation and maintain optimal transmission, while the high-quality plug provides accurate contact alignment and prevents wobbling or unintended removal from the HDMI interface. The cable bends beyond 90° with a 30 mm bending radius, is easy to install and requires no additional electrical power. ATC certification is included.
