Active HDMI 2.0b fibre optic cable 20m white - CELEXON CEL-1000004850

The 20 m celexon active HDMI 2.0b cable uses fibre optics to provide 100% reliable data transmission over long signal paths. A converter positioned in the cable transmitter changes the source's electrical HDMI signal into light pulses. They travel through the fibre to the receiver, where they are converted back into an electrical HDMI signal.

Optical transmission prevents external interference caused by electromagnetic fields. The cable retains the dimensions of a standard HDMI cable; only the connectors are larger because they contain the converter. The link supports images up to 4K-UHD, equal to 4 times Full HD resolution, with a 60 Hz refresh rate, 8-bit 4:4:4 colour subsampling, bandwidth up to 18.2 Gbps and a maximum colour depth of 16 bit. The 24k gold-plated HDMI connector protects the contacts against oxidation and maintains optimal transmission.
