Ultracompact passive 2-way 3.5" loudspeaker with passive radiator - Harmonic Design HDE-40351

The Harmonic Design hd C1CX is an ultra-compact 2-way passive loudspeaker built around a 3.5" mid-woofer and an additional passive radiator designed to extend low-frequency response. Its 1" coaxial tweeter provides a linear frequency response, while integrated frequency and phase optimisation helps produce precise, uniform sound radiation.

The loudspeaker operates with any simple power amplifier without DSP, making it suitable for decentralised audio applications and environments such as restaurants, conference rooms and theatres. It can be installed permanently or moved whenever mobile use is required.

A discreet wall mount with ball joint allows easy angling of the loudspeaker. Alternatively, the L-angle wall mount can position it very close to the surface while maintaining a discreet appearance. Internal terminal block connections provide fast, tool-free wiring. The hd C1CX can be customised in all RAL colours and with special lengths to match the architecture of the room.

If wall mounting is not possible, the loudspeaker can be placed on a microphone stand using the optional 3/8" threaded base plate and speakON connector. The super-slim hd Slim265 subwoofer is available to extend the low range of hd C-Series models. Its height of only 102 mm allows installation in any false ceiling, on a wall or invisibly beneath a piece of furniture.

The configuration consists of a miniature 2-way passive loudspeaker with a 3.5" coaxial speaker and 1" tweeter. It works with any amplifier, provides 80° x 80° coverage and weighs 1 kg.
