2-way passive column loudspeaker C7CX - HARMONIC DESIGN HDE-40365

The Harmonic Design hd C7CX is a 2-way passive column loudspeaker with 7 drivers: six 3" mid-woofers and one 3.5" coaxial speaker with a 1" tweeter. This arrangement provides an extended, linear frequency response, with integrated frequency and phase optimisation, 80° x 80° coverage and precise, uniform sound radiation.

It works with any power amplifier without DSP and is intended for decentralised audio applications and environments such as restaurants, conference rooms and theatres. The loudspeaker can be installed permanently or moved when required for mobile use.

The discreet wall mount with ball joint allows the column to be angled, while the L-angle wall mount enables positioning very close to the surface. Internal terminal block connections provide quick, tool-free wiring. Customisation is available in all RAL colours and with special lengths for integration into the room architecture.

When wall mounting is not possible, the loudspeaker can be placed on a microphone stand using the optional 3/8" threaded base plate and speakON connector. To extend the low range of the hd C-Series, the super-slim hd Slim265 subwoofer is available. It is only 102 mm high and can be installed in a false ceiling, mounted on a wall or positioned invisibly beneath a piece of furniture.

The main configuration is a 2 1/2-way passive loudspeaker with 6 mid-woofers, a 3.5" coaxial speaker and a 1" tweeter. The stated model weight is 6 kg.
