Paging console with electret microphone and chime USB-C - Audiophony PA MIC-DESKevo

The Audiophony PA MIC-DESKevo announcement console combines a unidirectional electret condenser microphone with a built-in chime signal for natural, precise speech with high intelligibility in noisy or reverberant environments. A long press on the front button triggers the chime to attract attention before an announcement, while a short press directly activates the microphone. Operation is immediate and requires neither setup nor specific training, which is useful in installations shared by several operators.

The rear panel provides separate volume controls for the microphone and chime. Its balanced XLR output and unbalanced 6.35 mm jack output can connect to 70/100 V amplification systems, mixers or audio matrixes, including simultaneous use. Power is supplied by a rear USB-C adapter, and the unit is supplied without a cord. The microphone input on XLR and the talk button are positioned on the front panel, while the outputs and controls remain at the rear to keep the installation tidy.

The capsule provides -50 dB sensitivity, a 20 Hz - 20 kHz frequency response and a signal-to-noise ratio above 100 dB. Output level is 110 mV unbalanced and 230 mV balanced. The console is intended for schools, shopping centres, administrative buildings and healthcare facilities. Dimensions are 19 x 8 x 15.5 cm and weight is 0.6 kg.
