The Contest AirBoxIP airDMX packs AirDMX into a compact box for quick, straightforward lighting signal links, built for outdoor installation. It is a wireless DMX transmitter and receiver rated IP65, able to receive and transmit 512 DMX channels over Wi-Fi across 7 frequencies. The airBOX-ER1 can send or receive the airDMX signal; as soon as it senses wired DMX at the input, it automatically forwards it as Wi-Fi DMX. A removable mounting system makes wall or suitable-structure installation easy, and the removable square edge is intended for fixing to walls or any appropriate support. The power socket can chain the airBOX-ER1 to other DMX flood lights, including setups with both DMX and power connections. Acting as an airDMX Wi-Fi transmitter or receiver on 7 frequencies, it delivers an average range of about 100 m in open space*. A Select button with a tricolour light indicator and 7 separate channels help you set up multiple flood light groups. DMX input and output are provided; maximum transmitting power is 20 dBm/100 m W. The unit uses a metal housing.
