MADRIX USB ONE is a USB 2.0–DMX-512 interface cable with 1 DMX-IN/OUT connection. Its particularly compact enclosure makes it one of the smallest USB interfaces available for DMX input or output. The device controls 512 DMX channels through MADRIX software and is primarily intended for DMX input. DMX output requires a MADRIX KEY with a software licence and a 3- or 5-pin male-to-male XLR adapter.

USB ONE supports connecting and disconnecting the device while the system is running, without rebooting the computer. Its implemented DMX-IN functions also allow MADRIX software to be controlled remotely. Stable frame-rate operation permits up to 60 devices to be connected to one USB host controller without frame-rate problems; 60 DMX-512 interfaces represent a total of 30,720 DMX channels.
