The Mac Mah MSC-MACUHF100M is a complete UHF wireless microphone system with handheld transmitter and single-channel receiver, supplied in a sturdy ABS case. UHF transmission covers an average distance of 50 m up to 80 m maximum, with 99 channels and 30 MHz bandwidth across 660 - 690 MHz; FM modulation, 30 mW max. transmission power, and ±25 kHz max. deviation.

The handheld unit uses a dynamic cardioid capsule, runs on two included 1.5 V AA batteries, and provides an ON/OFF switch plus a body-mounted display for frequency, battery level, and signal quality (6–10 hours average battery life). The microphone body and Diversity UHF receiver are made of sturdy metal; the receiver adds front volume adjustment, easy IR frequency pairing, Diversity technology, an LCD display showing battery level and frequency, >96 dB signal-to-noise ratio, 0.3% total harmonic distortion, asymmetrical XLR and 6.35 mm jack outputs (400 mV XLR audio level, 200 mV jack mix level), <3 W power consumption, and an included receiver power adapter.
