FireWire IEEE 1394 6-pin feed-through panel connector, nickel - Neutrik NA1394-6-W

Neutrik NA1394-6-W is a female-to-female FireWire feedthrough for panel installation, with 6-pole IEEE 1394 receptacles on both sides. Its standardised D-shaped housing provides a practical interface between audio/video networks, IT equipment such as Mac computers and mLAN connections, supporting audio networking and the integration of digital equipment into audio systems.

The connector has a nickel-plated zinc diecast shell made from ZnAl4Cu1. The brass contacts, type CuZn39Pb3, are gold-plated, while the insert is PBTP with 15% glass fibre. It is designed for front mounting and complies with the IEEE 1394 standard.
