PTZ Move 4K 12x grey auto tracking camera - PTZOPTICS POP-PT12X-4K-GY-G3

The PTZOptics Move 4K 12X is a high-quality PTZ camera built around a 1/2.5" CMOS sensor delivering 8.51 effective megapixels. It captures up to 4K UHD at 60 fps and 1080p at 60 fps over SDI. Sony CMOS imaging plus 3D noise reduction supports strong low-light performance, while the 12x optical zoom (F1.8 ~ F2.6) provides a horizontal field of view up to 72.5°. Digital zoom reaches 16x with the picture cropped to 256 x 144 pixels.

Auto tracking follows the framed subject without a camera operator. Presenter Lock lets the Move 4K 12X lock onto one person up to 60 m away, even when others share the shot; built-in tracking also switches between on-stage presenters with one button press. Video tracking is supported, along with pan/tilt movement and image flip, mirror, and freeze.

The updated PTZOptics Web UI packs auto tracking control and setup into a simple menu. SDI, HDMI, USB, and IP outputs are shared across Move 4K models; native NDI | HX3 carries broadcast video over low-latency IP with stable frame rates up to 4K resolution. The RJ45 port supports PoE+. Rear connections include HDMI version 2.0, USB 2.0 type A, a 2-pin Phoenix RS485 input/output port (max. distance 1200 m, protocols VISCA / Pelco-D / Pelco-P), and a JEITA-type power jack (12 V DC input).

Control works through OBS, Livestream Studio, Wirecast, vMix, mimoLive, or Tricaster, a PTZOptics hardware joystick, and tight integration with Blackmagic switchers. Remote operation from anywhere is possible via NDI and cloud tools such as Zoom; live streams can go straight to CDNs including Facebook and Youtube. A supplied remote controller, dedicated App, and Tally light support production workflows.

Voice-Tracking (beta) uses beamforming to follow the speaker’s voice with automatic pan, tilt, and zoom regardless of room position. Multiple mounting options are available, and the manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty.
