Software licence Arena 7 educational 4 PC - RESOLUME RES-ARENA7X4EDU

The educational Resolume Arena 7 licence allows simultaneous use on 4 PCs plus one backup PC, and it can be transferred between computers. This edition is intended exclusively for students, teachers and educational institutes. Arena evolves from Avenue, retaining all of its functions while adding powerful tools, led by advanced mapping. Video can be divided into several sections, geometrically corrected and aligned with real surfaces to achieve pixel-accurate projection mapping and manage unlimited LED wall configurations.

Edge blending turns multiple video projectors into one screen. Arena aligns the individual surfaces and provides a soft-edge function for correcting brightness where projected surfaces overlap. Content can be synchronised for large events using SMPTE timecode, Denon StageLinQ or Ableton Link. The software handles input and output DMX signals through Art-Net or USB-DMX adaptors, supports custom fixtures and includes integrated pixel mapping, making it useful to lighting designers as well.

Live video mixing provides forward and reverse playback, scratching and beat-based tempo adjustment, allowing visuals to be mixed quickly and Resolume to be used like an instrument. The intuitive interface supports any amount of video and effects; performance depends on the computer's processing power and the user's imagination. The program can drive any number of screens, from a basic display behind a DJ in a local club to the main stage at Ultra, as long as the computer identifies the display as an output.

For audiovisual playback, Arena handles audio and video files, animates pixels, drops beats and pairs any video file with any audio file. Audio effects and video effects may be used separately or combined. Audio analysis makes clips and effects follow the beat and causes any parameter to respond to the music. Live compositing and effects change clip scale and position and can substantially alter the video's look; all processing takes place on the video card for the fastest performance and best possible image quality. Real-time rendering applies effects, blending, mixing, cuts and edits on the spot. Every visual effect is a plugin, with the option to download third-party plugins or program custom effects with OpenGL; VST plugins are available for audio.
