Software upgrade Avenue 7 to Arena 7 - RESOLUME RES-AVE7-ARE7X1

Upgrade RES-AVE7-ARE7X1 moves Avenue 7 to Arena 7 on a single computer (1 PC). Arena is the evolution of Avenue, bringing together the original version’s full feature set and extending it with advanced tools.

Advanced mapping divides video into multiple sections, corrects its geometry and aligns the content with real surfaces. Together, these functions deliver pixel-accurate projection mapping and make it possible to manage endless LED wall configurations. Each video section can be assigned to its area while its geometry is adapted to the physical surface.

Edge blending enables several video projectors to be used as one screen. The separate surfaces can be aligned with one another, while the soft-edge function corrects the brightness caused by overlapping projected surfaces. This also addresses the shared areas between different projectors, keeping the combined image aligned and visually continuous.

Arena is intended for large events, and this version synchronises content using SMPTE timecode, Denon StageLinQ or Ableton Link. It is also a useful tool for lighting designers: it manages input and output DMX signals through ArtNet or compatible USB-DMX adapters, allows custom fixtures to be created and provides integrated pixel mapping.
