RONDSON AMX-6240 is a 6 x 240 W amplifier and matrix designed for multi-zone announcements and systems requiring selection between multiple sources. It includes an FM tuner, USB, SD card and Bluetooth player. The stated power supply is 230 VDC, 50/60 Hz, or 24 V DC. The unit provides 2 balanced XLR or jack inputs for CH 1-2, 2 RCA inputs for AUX 1-2, 1 RCA input for EMC IN, one Euroblock terminal block for remote activation and an RJ45 connection for AMX-6B control and zone selection from the AMX-6A microphone station. It also has a 24 VDC power input, 1 RCA monitor output and an RCA line output for each zone. Volume can be adjusted separately for every input and zone.

The front panel includes 2 MIC/line volume controls for Line 1-2 with tone controls and zone selectors, plus 2 volume controls for AUX 1-2 with zone selectors. The rear panel provides 4 gain settings for each input, a monitor output on Euroblock rated at 8 - 16 ohm and 2 - 5 W, and a dry contact. Protection covers thermal conditions, overload and short circuit.
