Analog audio matrix 8 inputs 8 zones expandable - RONDSON RON-00941

The RONDSON 8-channel analog audio matrix is designed for multi-zone calls and a multi-source selection system. It provides a complete solution for multi-zone audio in entertainment venues, large hotels, sports centres and gyms, supermarkets, airports and similar sites.

The T-8000 connects 8 music source inputs, 8 remote control panels, 2 call stations and 1 microphone directly; all of these inputs can be routed at the same time to 8 separate output zones. Inputs 1 to 4 are RCA only. Inputs 5 to 8 are balanced, with microphone or line phantom power on a terminal block. When remote setup, zone calling and multi-source routing are required, one call station and 3 remote control panels are available.

The unit expands to 40 zones by cascading 5 matrix units via cable (5 x 8 = 40). An LCD digital display shows program or local input selection and control selection; an LED display monitors output level, microphone priority and operation. Each channel has individual microphone, audio input and master volume control; each line input and call station has gain control; the microphone input has gain control and bass and treble tone control. A listening volume control is also provided.

Each output channel has individual gain and bass and treble adjustment, plus gain adjustment for each channel adjustment preamp board. Eight priority contacts on fire alarm allow music to be silenced during evacuation calls. Three pre-recorded warning, evacuation and EMC ringtones have adjustable volume. Call station and preamplifier panels connect via standard CAT5 cable. Four quick sockets provide direct BGM on all channels and access to calls. Power supply 120 - 220 VAC with selector and 24 VDC power supply. Five priority levels from highest to lowest: microphone 1, fire alarm, call station, preamplifier panel and background music.
