8-zone Cat5 paging microphone station for T-8000 matrix - RONDSON RON-00942

The T-8000A is a multi-selection paging microphone station designed to connect to the T-8000 matrix over a standard universal CAT5 cable. It is used for zone calls and for communicating with remote control boards from several locations far from the matrix. Each control matrix provides 8 RJ45 sockets for remote control from the call station.

CAT5 cabling is chosen for its low cost and ease of installation, and also because a single cable carries RJ 485 communication, audio transmission and a 24 V power supply together. Beyond 50 m from the matrix, a 24 VDC power supply is required.

Main features: button for selecting and displaying the status of the 8 zones; quick access keys for speech and zone calls; 2 or 4 tone chime selection with ON/OFF; volume control for both the chime and the microphone; display of all parameters: individual zone, all zones, in operation, call, power, output level. The microphone is a condenser type.
