Delegate microphone console CS-240 TALK - RONDSON RON-02618

The RONDSON CS-240 TALK is the “Delegate” microphone console for the CS-240 wired system; the documentation identifies it as CS-042D / CS-022R. Each console includes a built-in 3 W loudspeaker and a headphone socket for monitoring. Its “TALK” button has the same priority level as the other participants. The base is fitted with a slim semi-rigid electret microphone and a red light ring that illuminates when the microphone is in use.

The flexible microphone boom uses a 4-pin CB connector for fast connection and disconnection. AUTO and FIFO modes can be selected. The microphone picks up sound from up to 50 cm away, while a potentiometer controls the volume; a numeric display shows the desk number. Long-distance transmission provides good sound quality. Installation is quick using the supplied cables: 1.3 m with the microphone consoles and 10 m with the control unit. DIN 8-pin input and output sockets are provided.

A mini-jack allows the microphone desk to be fitted with an EM-101 earphone or an NL-90 loop for hearing-impaired users. The lecterns measure 135 x 150 x 50 mm (W x D x H) and weigh 0.95 kg. The microphone hose measures 360 x Ø 30 mm and includes the lens cap.
