MIC/AUX 8-zone CAT5 remote control panel, T-8000 matrix - RONDSON RON-00944

The Rondson T-8000B is a remote control board with an audio input module connected to the T-8000 matrix by standard universal CAT5 cable for volume control of each of the 8 zones or remote control line, plus microphone input from locations away from the control centre.

Each control matrix has 8 RJ45 jacks for remote control with remote input module. CAT5 cabling lowers cost and eases installation while carrying RS 485 communication, audio transmission and 24 V power on the same run. The module family also includes the single models T-8000C and T-8000D.

Line remote control uses a dual RCA input; the microphone uses an XLR input with gain settings. An LED area display, up and down buttons and a volume potentiometer set the general output level. The matrix supplies 24 VDC at 5 W consumption; analogue/digital conversion adjusts matrix volume.
