Supercardioid microphone for camera, hot shoe mount - ALCTRON VM 6

The Alctron VM 6 is a super-cardioid Canon-type shotgun microphone for professional use with cameras and camcorders. Its compact body and ultra-low weight make it easy to operate and attach to a hotshoe. It is suitable for amateur or professional cameramen and uses a practical, standard mounting system. A three-position level control enables a quick or instant response to changes in the recording environment. The design also includes an 80 Hz high-pass filter and a 2-level high-pass filter.

The built-in anti-shock suspension mount helps prevent handling noise, while the supplied windshield provides anti-wind protection. The microphone uses a 3.5 mm jack and has a super-cardioid polar pattern, a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20 kHz, an output impedance of 200 ohms and a maximum SPL of 134 dB. Available pads are -10 dB, 0 dB and +20 dB. Power is supplied by a 9 V battery. Dimensions are 150 x 95 x 52 mm and weight is 90 g. The hotshoe mount includes a 3/8" thread for a microphone stand.
