The VM 6 is a Canon-type microphone for professional use on cameras and camcorders. It is very easy to use and easy to attach thanks to its compact size and ultra low weight. It is ideal for an amateur or professional cameraman, with a very practical standard mounting system. On a more technical level, it has a level control with three positions to respond quickly or instantly to changes in the recording environment, and a high pass 80 Hz filter. Also of note is the presence of an anti-shock suspension mount, thus avoiding handling noise and a providing good anti-wind protection.
