The Yes Tech MG9 P3.9 is an LED display for building LED walls aimed at the rental market. It is the updated version of the MG7S, the flagship model from the Chinese manufacturer. It can operate indoors or outdoors: its IP65 certification makes it suitable for withstanding the weather. It is available in 2.9 / 3.9 / 5.9 mm pixel pitches.

The cabinet keeps the dimensions of the MG7S: 500 x 500 mm, 73 mm deep and weighing only 6.7 kg. Each cabinet holds 4 modules of 250 x 250 mm. Before calibration, the white balance brightness is 4000 - 4200 nits, while the viewing angle, both horizontal and vertical, is 160°. In terms of performance, it offers a high refresh rate of ≥ 3840 Hz, and the LED encapsulation is type 1515.

The visual result is excellent too: the U-shaped mask prevents distortion and colour blocking and gives wider coverage. Heat management at cabinet level has been improved with a dual dissipation system, combining an aluminium backplane with a thermal balance system to spread the heat of the LED lamp and the IC evenly. The integrated design of the rear cover, together with the heat dissipation function, considerably enlarges the area available for dissipating heat.

Complex installation shapes are no longer an obstacle: the special MG connector can be adjusted with an angle of ±5°, making it possible to build curved, S-shaped and ring-shaped LED walls. For creative shapes, the cabinet can be combined with Yes Tech special shapes to produce letters, numbers, special geometric figures and more.

The MG9 P3.9 suits a wide range of applications: stadiums, concerts (indoor or outdoor), award ceremonies, sky curtains, portals at trade fair stands and dance floors, thanks to the patented MG mask. In this last use, anti-fatigue performance is almost fivefold, with a maximum load capacity of 4.6 tonnes.
