The Quick DMX range is the ideal solution for the control of lighting. It allows you to directly control from simple LED spots to the most complex mobile lights and pixel-based devices. via a computer, software and an interface. Quick DMX software is loaded on your computer to create and control the show of lights through an interface with USB or Ethernet port.

The software has been designed to be intuitive and can therefore also be used by those with limited knowledge of DMX and light programming. We offer exclusive software, which can be downloaded for free from the download page of our website. The software is available for Windows and MacOS operating systems. All software updates are free.

THE SOFTWARE

The software contains several views: Editor, Pixel, Live, Standalone. For each view there are dedicated tabs that give direct access to all necessary functions and settings.

Please indicate your lighting equipment in Editor > Fixtures (Devices). The library contains custom files for the most common devices (spots, bars, moving heads, colour changers, strobe, etc.). This library is updated periodically to keep up with the new devices on the market. If the light you are using is not included, you can report it in our forum (https://thelightingcontroller.com/viewforum.php?f= 25) and we will include it for you. Alternatively, it is easy to add and configure new devices for yourself in the software. You can patch your devices without losing the scenes and generators created previously (Device-based technology).

Going to Editor > Steps (Steps) you can create scenes. The view allows you to manage many features such as:

• DMX values for each device

• RGB color selector

• Chase Steps Overview and Editor

• Fade time and mode for each channel

• 2 D view of devices

• Grouping of devices

In Generator, you can create complex lighting scenes with a few mouse clicks; it is able to manage pan/tilt movements, colors, gobos and effects, for a group of mobile lights, with delay effects. It has preset shapes suitable for dimmers, movements and colors.

With Pixels it is easy to create chaser, rainbow and text effects or load GIF to use as models for your show with animated pixels. Just add your devices with correct horizontal and vertical pixels, assign the range of colors and place them on screen as a real configuration. Pixels will perform all the calculations and generate all the DMX values.

In Live, you can play and customize the show according to your needs (pages, buttons, preset values). You can create buttons for colors, effects, movements, but you can also trigger a full light scene or a multimedia file with timeline. While operating in Live mode, you can ignore it with the editor.

With 3 DView you can view the stage in three dimensions, plus the movement of the lights is shown in real time and from any point of view. You set the size of the stage and you place your objects and lighting devices. The program includes a desk of basic objects (speakers, Truss, musical instruments, ...). You can also import your own objects. You set the position of each object (or device). These parameters can be set for a group of objects. You set plots, brightness and smoke level for greater realism.

Timeline is a software for synchronized editing of multimedia shows. It is able to play numerous file formats (video, image, audio and light scenes). Just drag the files into the timelines and slide them for as long as you want. Possible applications are:

• Sound and basic light. The playable audio files are in wav, mp 3 , ogg and wma format.

• Video and light are on LED screen or video projector. The playable image files are in bmp, jpg, png, giff format. The playable video files are in avi, mpg, mpeg, mov, wmv format.

Sequential List is a software for the editing of vertical scene lists. It is able to play scenes in sequence by pressing a button "Go" .

Quick DMX Rack 1024 is a 27; standalone interface that can store 16 different chases or scenes. This makes l 27; unit particularly suitable for fixed installations. With simplicity even non-technical users can control their lightshow with Quick DMX Rack. They can select 16 pre-programmed programs from an installer. To modify or change the chases or scenes l 27; drive must be connected with the software Quick DMX. You can also use the controller as 1024 Channel DMX interface. L 27; interface has 3 LED indication: power supply, USB connection and DMX input.

8 external contacts on the back allow you to connect any external switch or trigger that can be programmed to start a scene or show.

The rack Quick DMX 1024 comes with an external infrared receiver and an infrared remote control to easily select and start the scene or show you want.
