The Showtec 2048 Booster is a compact and powerful DMX splitter/booster designed to meet the growing needs of modern lighting configurations. With four DMX inputs, each connected to four optically isolated outputs, it supports up to 2048 DMX channels (4 × 512); ideal for controlling complex devices in multiple universes.

Designed with space efficiency in mind, the Booster 2048 is perfect for building compact nodes racks in tight backstage environments. Using two units, you can easily manage and upgrade eight universes, simplifying configuration without compromising performance.

All inputs and outputs are optically isolated to avoid signal interference and eliminate mass loops. The unit also has a built-in DMX terminator function that allows you to correctly terminate the signal when it is positioned at the end of a DMX line. In addition, an RDM filter switch allows you to choose whether to pass or block RDM data, obtaining full control of the signal flow.
