To help you find the most suitable LED strip for your application, we have divided our LED stripes into series and ranges. The Havana series requires a power supply from 24 volt and is available in lengths of 5 meters. The Ribbon range includes our LED stripes with IP 20 degree of protection for indoor use under dry conditions. Our Dropper range uses a silicone thermal coating and is classified IP 62 for use under wet conditions. Our Tube range uses a silicone sleeve to protect the LED strip from dust and water inlet, obtaining a degree of protection IP 65. While our Jade range has a silicone sleeve completely filled in silicone, which gives it a degree of protection IP 68. However, consider that the permanent installation outside of the LED stripes is not recommended since the Silicone is not UV resistant. Our Halo range uses COB LEDs and offers the most uniform light diffusion with indistinguishable light sources.

The Artecta Havana Dropper is an IP 62 protection LED strip containing 60 LED/m, equipped with a silicone thermal coating. It is suitable for humid environments, but should not be used in wet conditions. It has a color temperature of 1700 K (amber color). With a self-adhesive support, it is easy to install on uniform, degreased surfaces. Its best use is obtained on an aluminium profile (to cool the LED strip for convection*).

Note: permanent installation outside LED strips is not recommended because silicone is not UV resistant and due to production conditions photometric data may differ by production batch in the EU Directive.

* for appropriate heat dissipation, the profile must NOT be closed with a cap.
