Jade Cartago LED strip - IP 68 - Artecta A 0878127

To help you find the most suitable LED strip for your application, we have divided our LED stripes into series and ranges. The Cartago series requires a power supply from 24 volt and is available in lengths of 5 meters. The Ribbon range includes our LED strips with IP 20 degree of protection for indoor use under dry conditions. Our Dropper range uses a silicone thermal coating and is classified IP 62 for use under wet conditions. Our Tube range uses a silicone sleeve to protect the LED strip from dust and water inlet, obtaining a degree of protection IP 65. While our Jade range has a silicone sleeve completely filled in silicone, which gives it a degree of protection IP 68. However, consider that the permanent installation outside of the LED stripes is not recommended since the Silicone is not UV resistant. Our Halo range uses COB LEDs and offers the most uniform light diffusion with indistinguishable light sources.

The Artecta Cartago Jade is an LED strip with IP protection degree 68 containing 128 LED/m and with a silicone sleeve filled in silicone, suitable for use in humid environments (check with the product specialists before using it outside). This also means that its heat dissipation is reduced, so it is not recommended to mount it in a closed profile. The LED strip is available in very hot white to neutral white colors (from 2700 K to 4000 K) with a high CRI of 90. With a self-adhesive support, it is easy to install on uniform, degreasy surfaces.

Note: permanent installation outside LED strips is not recommended because silicone is not UV resistant and due to production conditions photometric data may differ by production batch in the EU Directive.
