The DAP Xi series consists of fixed installation speakers suitable for any audio infrastructure. This series is known for its solid, extremely practical design and for l 27; excellent audio quality. They can be placed anywhere public, private and commercial.

<B>Xi-MK 2 vs Xi-MK 3 </B>

Our latest version is not only equipped with a SpeakON connector in and out, but also with a green terminal connector. This is an easier and more convenient solution to configure a 27; fixed audio installation.

<B>Practical design</B>

The DAP Xi speakers can be positioned both horizontally and vertically. The logo can be rotated to fit the position of the 27 speaker. In the Xi- 8 and Xi- 10 models, the horn can also be rotated to ensure the desired sound dispersion.

<B>Assembling Options</B>

Multiple mounting options are possible as the compact yet powerful Xi series has been designed to fit different locations. You can think of mounting brackets, a wall bracket and a speaker suspension ring for fitting to any wall, ceiling or trusse.

<B>Excellent audio quality</B>

Despite their compact design, Xi speakers have excellent audio quality. Their 2-Via system features a powerful subwoofer and a Celestion HF driver for better sound performance.

<B>Variations</B>

Xi speakers range from a compact 5-inch model to a powerful 10-inch model. All four models (Xi- 5 , Xi- 6 , Xi- 8 and Xi- 10) are available both in black and white to fit any environment. Only the Xi- 5 and Xi- 6 models are not at 8 ohm but at 16 ohm to accommodate more speakers per channel.

The Xi-5C from DAP is a compact, di alta qualità multi-purpose speaker designed for clear and consistent coverage in retail, hospitality, theaters, auditoriums, stages, live sound, and corporate environments. It uses a di alta qualità Celestion coaxial driver of 5” that provides a coherent point-source with excellent intelligibility and smooth off-axis response. Despite its reduced size, the Xi-5C reaches up to 117 dB at 1 m, with a frequency response of 80-20.000 Hz and a wide dispersion of 100°, ensuring uniform coverage across the entire listening area. The internal crossover can be switched from passive to bi-amp mode for maximum system control. It handles up to 150 W RMS (300 W peak). With a nominal impedance of 16 ohm, multiple speakers can be connected in parallel on a single amplifier channel in distributed configurations.

The installation is fast and reliable thanks to two connectors for 4 poly connected speakers (which support passive and bi-amp modes) for easy loop-through and a 4 pole terminal connector (only in passive mode) with loop-through for fixed wiring. A M 6 threaded mounting point on the top offers simple mounting options, the rear has holes for the universal DAP speaker bracket and the sides are equipped with holes for the dedicated suspension bracket for Xi- 5 C.
