The 1 x 40 G Novastar fiber output card from the MX series is a fiber transmission card for the main Novastar MX 2000 and MX 6000 frames. It is compatible with the 5 G platform (no back compatibility). It has an 40 G optical output port that supports single and multiple mode fiber modules and a maximum transmission distance of 10 km. It offers 8 Ethernet 5 G ports with a maximum total load capacity of over 17 million pixels.

To use the fiber optic output signal with LED panels, you need a fiber converter such as the CVT- 5 G-S or the CVT 8 - 5 G-M to convert the signal into suitable network cable signals. Keep in mind that the required 40 G SFP module is not included. However, each 8 - 5 G fiber converter comes with 2 SFP modules to complete a fully functional configuration.
