The Wentex Sound-absorbing Backdrop is a very heavyweight curtain intended to absorb sound and contain reflections in order to improve intelligibility and sound quality in your venue. It is made from a very heavy 500 g/m², non-reflective, fire-retardant fabric that delivers a rich, deep black finish for a clean, professional stage appearance.

To improve durability and long-term reliability, all sides and the bottom edge are neatly stitched, while the top features reinforced webbing for extra eyelet support. 13 Integrated eyelets make it easy to hang.

The Sound-absorbing Backdrop 500 g/m² is flame-retardant according to EN13773. Please note that it is not washable. If it is washed, it will no longer be flame retardant unless it is retreated. The backdrops are GRS-certified and produced using 71% recycled cotton. They also meet the German Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and carry the Grüner Knopf label, ensuring responsible, sustainable manufacturing.
