Dante receiver 4 mono analog outputs PoE - CYP CYP-AU-DTO4-RX

CYP AU‑DTO4‑RX is a compact Dante receiver with an RJ45 AoIP input for Dante audio over an Ethernet network and four balanced mono analogue audio outputs. It can receive up to four digital audio channels from any standard Dante transmitter and provides a high-quality balanced signal on each output through a low-latency DAC. Volume and mute can be configured.

Dante technology extends and routes audio over standard Ethernet networks, making complex audio systems simpler and more flexible than conventional analogue cabling. Heavy, expensive multicore cables can be replaced with standard Cat.5e or Cat.6 cables while preserving uncompressed digital audio quality. Ethernet transmission also avoids typical problems associated with long analogue runs, including interference, crosstalk and signal attenuation, with minimum latency of approximately 1 ms.

The unit is powered directly by PoE according to 802.3af, supplied by the switch or router connected to the Dante port. Basic setup requires a Serial over USB connection, while network audio routing and network management are handled by third-party control software available for Windows and macOS. The Dante input uses an RJ45 port and the four outputs use 3-pin Phoenix connectors.

USB configuration, PoE power and reduced cabling make the AU‑DTO4‑RX suitable for Dante network audio distribution in meeting rooms, classrooms, corporate spaces, fixed professional AV installations, hospitality environments and digital signage systems with audio distributed over the network.

Connections include 1 × RJ45 Dante IP input and 1 × micro USB proprietary-data input. Outputs comprise 4 × 3-pin Phoenix connectors, corresponding to 4 analogue mono audio outputs. The power supply is PoE. Dimensions are 12.8 × 2.5 × 10.8 cm and net weight is 360 g.
