Splitter HDMI 1×2 4K HDR downscaling EDID - CYP QU-2-4K22

The CYP QU-2-4K22 distributes one HDMI signal to two identical outputs while maintaining HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2, and DVI compliance. This 1-to-2 HDMI splitter handles UHDTV resolutions up to 4K2K, including 3840 × 2160 at 24/25/30/50/60 Hz and 4096 × 2160 at 24/25/30/60 Hz, as well as 4K at 60 Hz with 4:4:4 chroma, HDR, and 3D.

High-definition audio passthrough covers LPCM 2/5.1/7.1CH, Dolby Digital 2/5.1CH, DTS 2/5.1CH, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, and Dolby Atmos. The unit also supports 10-bit and 12-bit HDR formats with High Dynamic Range, HDR 6G, HDR10, and Dolby Vision. Its HDMI EDID settings include 3D and 4K at 60 Hz, with DVI 1.0 compatibility.

Each output works independently and can automatically downscale 4K to 1080p or convert the colour space from 4:4:4 to 4:2:0 according to the EDID of the connected display. A separate HDCP management engine for each output helps maintain stable HDCP performance in mixed 4K and 1080p installations. The System Reset function uses the CEC active source command to return the television automatically to its default HDMI input.

The HDMI input provides Standard and TV modes. Front-panel LED indicators show the input and output status, while two upper slide switches provide direct EDID and HDCP configuration. This quick setup, together with EDID management, automatic downscaling, and colour conversion, reduces compatibility problems and provides full support for HDR and high-definition audio.

The unit is suitable for meeting rooms and conference rooms, Digital Signage, multi-display installations, classrooms and educational environments, and AV systems requiring mixed 4K/1080p compatibility. It provides 1 HDMI input for uncompressed audio, video, and data and 2 HDMI outputs for uncompressed audio, video, and data. It also includes 1 × USB 3 Type-B service port for power and data.
