LED panel rental indoor P1.9 500x500 HOB bendable ±7,5° - EGO DISPLAY LED-IRIDAH-1.9

EGO Display LED-IRIDAH-1.9 is a P1.9 indoor rental LED panel measuring 500 × 500 mm, developed for applications where high robustness, fast servicing and superior image quality are required. Its HOB technology addresses the main issues associated with rental LED products, including impact, oxidation, humidity, uneven colour performance and difficult maintenance. Nanometre-level thermally conductive materials are combined with high-temperature moulding to form a continuous, protective and opaque layer over the LEDs.

HOB improves colour reproduction through better thermal uniformity and a matte layer that raises contrast. The black ink applied to the circuit board and to the LED module surface evens out the surface colour when the display is switched off and also increases contrast. Five forms of protection are provided: waterproofing, dust protection, anti-static protection, anti-humidity protection and anti-oxidation protection. The harder surface increases impact resistance, while stability and durability are greater than with traditional SMD modules.

Servicing is simplified because, unlike COB / GOB technology, individual LEDs can be repaired by the customer with a dedicated kit. The cabinet uses high-precision die-cast aluminium and can be curved from –7.5° to +7.5° between adjacent cabinets. Magnetic modules support fast installation and maintenance, while one top handle and two central handles make transport and assembly easier. The control unit is independent.

The cabinet withstands up to 16,000 N and uses a fully modular construction made up of modules, frame and control unit. The independent control unit combines the power supply, receiving card and hub card in a 3-in-1 arrangement. A top mounting system with a pre-lock function enables one operator to hang the panel safely. The modular layout allows complete front and rear maintenance of both the LED modules and the control unit.

IRIDAH-1.9 is intended for indoor rental, corporate events and conventions, touring, indoor broadcasting and television studios, as well as temporary installations with a high assembly frequency.
