This opticalCON MTP breakout box is designed to split a 12-fiber NO12FDW-A connection into three opticalCON QUAD connections (NO4FDW-A). It is the ideal solution for applications requiring robust, reliable, and professional-standard distribution of multi-channel optical signals. The NO12BB3Q-A version uses multi-mode PC (MTP) fibers and is built in an extremely rugged enclosure for use in harsh environments. When mated, the breakout box offers IP65 protection, while when closed, it achieves IP67 protection, ensuring resistance to dust, water, and contaminants. It is used in broadcast, touring, live events, OB trucks, professional installations, and anywhere a 12-fiber MTP line needs to be converted into multiple opticalCON lines for cameras, data signals, audio/video networks, and control systems.
