Modular P80 presentation switcher with flight case - Pixelhue PIX-M04030158

The Pixelhue P80 is a high-performance modular presentation switcher with enormous potential, built on FPGA architecture for complex control rooms in live events, broadcast studios and multi-screen installations. It sits between the P20 and the Q8 with an internal 8K-ready structure and, unlike the P20, allows two machines to be linked.

Up to 28 input channels are supported, with 16 simultaneous 4K video sources across HDMI, DisplayPort and 12G-SDI. Four main outputs operate in copy mode, expandable to eight in split mode, plus eight custom aux outputs in the full HD range when SDI is unused; with SDI, aux outputs are four HDMI and four SDI. The system runs eight 4K layers across four outputs, each offering keying, borders, shadows, cut & fill and transitions. Every Flex output can host a dedicated layer for flexible visual composition.

Monitoring uses an MVR interface with 4K preview or dual DL, customizable layouts and simultaneous PGM and Flex viewing. Screen management handles up to eight displays with complete and related presets, saved and recalled precisely up to 256 configurations. The front panel integrates a 7" LCD touch screen for direct control, similar to the Q8, supporting preset recall, take time setting and take/cut execution. Internal Genlock generation synchronizes inputs, outputs and internal sources. Complete redundancy spans inputs, outputs, power, control and the entire device for continuity in critical conditions.
