PTZ controller 4th generation serial/IP PT-JOY-G4 - PTZOPTICS POP-PT-JOY-G4

The PTZOptics PT-JOY-G4 is a versatile 4th generation controller for PTZ cameras that work over a serial or IP protocol. It is built to slot easily into a broad range of existing production setups, and it even lets you change protocol simply by pressing a button.

The newly developed web user interface cuts configuration time and lets you get several cameras running in only 5 minutes. If you use the controller across different productions or sets, you can import and export settings tailored to specific use cases or production environments.

For network configuration, the controller dynamically obtains an IP address as soon as it connects to the LAN. If your network cannot hand out DHCP addresses, you can set a static IP address manually.

The expanded LCD screen and the wide choice of fine-adjustment knobs allow a single operator to run cameras in basic, matrix and normal modes, access them and quickly recall preset positions. You can also control white balance, red and blue gain, shutter speed and much more.

The unit is supplied with an international 12 VDC 2 A power supply and an 8-pin RS-232C cable. It is an ideal choice for video production in schools, houses of worship and other live broadcast and streaming scenarios.
