2-channel UHF wireless microphone with 2 lavalier/headset bodypacks - RONDSON RON-02591

The RONDSON RON-02591 is a 2-channel UHF wireless microphone system comprising 2 bodypacks, each supplied with a lavalier microphone and a headset microphone, plus a dual UHF receiver. Its selectable frequency range is 500–700 MHz. Automatic reception and anti-interference functions support the simultaneous operation of multiple devices. With 10 mW of power, the transmitter provides an operating range of approximately 50 m.

The receiver uses selectable PLL frequency-synthesis receiver modules and includes infrared synchronisation for transferring the selected frequency to the transmitters. Operating functions are shown on LCD displays. Connections include male XLR and female 6.35 mm jack outputs. The system is intended for vocal and professional audio applications, speeches and animations. A jack cable for the mix output is included. Wireless systems in the BE-1000 and BE-2000 series are supplied with one lavalier microphone and one headset microphone for each bodypack.

The reception method provides 2 channels. The BE-10HM lavalier microphone is compatible with BE-10 and BE-20 sets, while the BE-10BP headset microphone is compatible with the same sets. The bodypack is the BE-1020BP model and uses 2 included 1.5 V AA batteries. The system uses PLL synthesis; frequency stability is ±10 ppm, image-interference rejection exceeds 50 dB, and the signal-to-noise ratio is over 90 dB.

Sensitivity is -90 dBu, harmonic distortion is below 0.5%, and frequency response extends from 50 Hz to 15 kHz. Output impedance is 600 ohm, while audio output level is -400 mV, balanced or unbalanced. The audio connections comprise 2 balanced XLR outputs and 1 unbalanced jack. Two BNC antenna sockets are fitted on the front panel. The power supply is 12 V DC–700 mA and consumption is below 5 W.

The rack-mountable receiver measures 44.4 x 18 x 5.1 cm and weighs 2.75 kg.
