24V safety power supply 19" 2U rack EN 54-4/A2 - RONDSON RON-02461

RONDSON RON-02461 is a 24 V safety power supply system in a 19" rack format with a 2U height. Its EN 54-4/A2 certified unit is designed to maintain operation of emergency evacuation and security sound systems. It manages and recharges the connected batteries; these automatically take over when mains power fails, keeping the system operating during evacuation procedures. System status is shown by front LEDs, while dry contacts relay alarms to external systems.

The device checks battery presence and impedance, including internal resistance, current supply capacity and any anomalies in the battery circuit. It protects against temperature variations and deep discharge, and provides comprehensive protection for all rear connections. The SONaes range offers up to six amplifier outputs and three independent fused auxiliary outputs. The connectors are fully removable, with overvoltage protection and integrated lightning protection.

EN 54-4/A2 certification confirms compliance with the stated requirements for evacuation and fire alarm systems. Intelligent battery management monitors presence, impedance and charge status. Alarm signals are available through front LEDs and dry contacts for integration with external systems. Fully removable rear connectors support quick and safe maintenance.

RON-02461 is intended for EN 54-compliant voice evacuation and fire alarm systems, security sound systems in public and commercial buildings, shopping centres, schools, hospitals, offices and hospitality facilities. It is suitable for installations requiring operational continuity even without mains power and for professional rack bays serving PA / VA systems of the EVA-2000 series.
