Bridge audio Dante/analog 4 outputs AES67 GPIO fixed installation - SYNQ BEG-B08203

This Synq network audio bridge combines Dante, analogue operation and AES67 support in a fixed-installation unit with 4 balanced analogue outputs and GPIO ports. It converts Dante and/or AES67 network audio into four high-quality analogue outputs.

Its Gigabit Ethernet I/O uses a high-speed Marvell switch and adds no link delay. Integrated DSP processing is available on every channel, including parametric EQs, compressors and delays. The unit can serve as a Dante-enabled loudspeaker management processor, while its design also suits many other applications. An 8 x 8 audio matrix provides local premix and flexible routing.

The built-in Web Server presents a fully graphical, intuitive interface for configuration and DSP control from any network device. The included SYNQ Network Discovery Tool makes devices on a local network easy to locate and open on any desktop computer without knowing their IP address.

OSC support allows every function to be controlled by user-created apps running on iPhone, Android phones, tablets and desktop computers. Audio performance is specified at an S/N ratio above 120 dB and THD below 0.003%.

GPI/GPO ports provide additional functions and control. GPI connections accept switches, potentiometers, power supplies and alarm systems; GPO connections control different external devices, including the activation of PowerPoint presentations. Euroblock connectors are fitted throughout for straightforward installation. The unit complies with IEEE 802.3-2005 for Information Technology (IT).

Reliability is supported by the exclusive use of industrial-grade components, including high-end Burr Brown audio DACs and Wurth electrolytic capacitors. Power options are an external 24 VDC input through Euroblock or PoE, Power over Ethernet, class 0.

The ½ 19" die-cast chassis supports several mounting arrangements: one unit fits a 19" 1U rack using the included 19" adapter, while two units fit together in a 19" 1U rack with the supplied adapters. Wall mounting is also possible with an optional mounting adapter.
