Blackmagic Design HyperDeck Studio HD Mini is a compact professional broadcast deck designed to record and play back high-quality video files. It is the smallest model in the HyperDeck Studio range and follows the dimensions of Teranex Mini converters. Its modular construction allows up to 3 HyperDeck Studio HD Mini decks to be installed side by side, or a combination of decks, switchers, converters and streaming processors to be mounted in a single rack unit on the Teranex Mini Rack Shelf.
Despite its small footprint, the unit provides 3G-SDI input and output, HDMI output, 2 SD card slots, built-in sync and Time Code generators, front-panel controls, and both AC and DC power. USB connection to a computer lets HyperDeck Studio HD Mini operate as a webcam with any video software.
The front panel combines the colour display with LED indicators for media monitoring. External recording, webcam output, software configuration and updates are also available through the USB Type-C interface.
