Transmitter AV over IP 1G 4K HDMI, loopback VGA - CYP CYP-IP-7000H-TX

The CYP IP-7000H-TX is a 1G AV over IP transmitter for distributing 4K HDMI signals over Ethernet, with integrated USB, IR, RS-232 and analogue audio. Unlike traditional AV over IP transmitters, it also provides a VGA loopback output for connecting a local monitor during transmission. As part of the IP-7000 series, it enables installers to build scalable AV systems on dedicated IT infrastructure, from point-to-point links to complex multipoint-to-multipoint networks. The system can be expanded by adding transmitters and receivers according to installation requirements.

Video and audio can be transmitted up to 100 metres through a Gigabit switch; the distance can be extended by cascading multiple switches, without quality loss or perceptible delay. The transmitter and receiver can receive PoE from 802.3af-compatible Gigabit switches, removing the need for an external power supply where the network supports it. The unit sends video, audio and control signals over a TCP/IP network in Unicast or Multicast mode and supports image rotation at 0°, 180° and 270°.

The line IN signal is sent directly to line OUT and inserted into the receiver's HDMI output. Bidirectional IR pass-through and RS-232 extension support remote control, while USB extension handles keyboards, mice and storage devices, allowing the AV network to operate as a KVM hub for remote peripheral control. WebGUI, Telnet, RS-232, OSD and front-panel commands are available. The microphone input comes from the receiver. For large systems or AV over IP matrixes, the IP-CS7 controller is recommended.

The transmitter suits corporate environments, 4K video distribution in conference and meeting rooms, networked KVM installations for remote PC and server control, Digital Signage, classrooms and training rooms, and modular scalable AV systems in large buildings or campuses. Audio options include line IN, line OUT and microphone input. Supported maximum resolutions are 4096 × 2160p @ 60 over CAT5e/6/7 and 1920 × 1200p @ 60 RB over VGA.
