The HPA DA-300 is a 2-channel Class-D power amplifier in a standard 1U rack format. It delivers 2 x 150 W RMS at 8 ohms and 2 x 300 W RMS at 4 ohms; mono bridge mode raises the output to 600 W RMS at 8 ohms, meeting the requirements of PA and event professionals.

With a damping factor above 200, the amplifier provides precise loudspeaker control and supports clear, detailed reproduction. Input impedance is 20 kohm in balanced mode. XLR / TRS jack inputs and speakON plus screw outputs provide secure connections to other professional audio equipment.

A switch selects stereo or bridge operation, allowing the amplifier to suit different configurations and applications. Electronic, thermal and electrical protection, together with a soft start system, supports safe and continuous operation under demanding conditions. Fan cooling is also included in the technical design.

The 100 dB signal-to-noise ratio, 0.1% THD at 1 kHz and 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response within ±0.5 dB provide linear performance, low background noise, low distortion and fidelity across the complete audio spectrum. Weighing only 2 kg, the DA-300 combines power and portability for compact installations, DJs, musicians and rental companies requiring a lightweight, reliable amplifier.

Its ultra-light 1U format suits mobile racks and installations with limited space. Bridge mode provides up to 600 W at 8 ohms and can be used, for example, to drive a subwoofer. Ultra-linear response, low distortion and a damping factor above 200 support more precise bass, while both speakON and screw-terminal outputs are available.

Applications include mobile DJ sets and rental services, live music with monitors, small FOH systems or rehearsal rooms, permanent installations in bars, restaurants, conference rooms, shops and houses of worship, project studios for driving passive monitors or dedicated listening systems, and 2.1 systems.
